Swimtastic
While shopping for a new swim suit before vacation, I noticed how many prints reminded me of swatches in our fabric and wallpaper library. So, naturally, I decided to do a bit more investigating to see what I could find that was remniscent of fabrics in our studio. Here are my findings.

[This J. Crew one piece instantly reminded me of a Vervain fabric that was shown in their ad campaign last year and was coincidentally one of our must-haves after seeing it in person with our rep. PS - I'm also loving all of these amazing one pieces this season.]

[The colors in this DVF bikini are oh so similar to a Schumacher fabric we used in a Bee St. penthouse.]

[Schumacher's High Voltage fabric says it all when beside this great geometric suit from Michael Kors.]

[Ikats are all the rage and especially in this sultry sunset color palette. Now, if we could only look like the VS model when wearing this lovely bikini.]

[Adore this zigzag print from Milly...and the curvy lines in these fabrics from Schumacher and Osborne & Little.]

[I believe I originally saw this Traci Feith for Target suit in People or Us Weekly and went online to see more images but it was out of stock. Nonetheless, it's so playful and cheery, much like this Chelsea fabric from Thibaut.]

[This banana leaf two-piece from Trina Turk showcases her fantastic botanical imagery as do these prints from her line for Schumacher and Hable Construction.]

We wanted to showcase a local label – marysia CHARLESTON. These bold contrasting colors and the great shape of this suit make it a timeless and classic addition to your summer wardrobe. This Clarence House outdoor stripe is also a fun, yet classy option for your outdoor living spaces.
We couldn’t leave out the male swim attire and from recalling the fabrics in our previous “posh poolside” post, we knew exactly where to look to find similar men’s trunks. Welcome…Vineyard Vines.

[ Calypso from Manuel Canovas has a fishy background as these bass chappy trunks.]

[And, of course, the signature whale...you've gotta love it. This wallpaper from Goeff McFetridge would be so cute in a little boy's room either on the walls, encased in molding, or backing a first bookcase.]
