“Feel Good” textiles
Duralee recently unveiled their new, earth-friendly Global Passages collection in collaboration with Clodagh. These sustainable residential fabrics consist of 51% or more recycled content [with some originating from 100% recycled soda bottles] and incorporate hemps, organic cottons and recycled poly.
Inspired by nostalgia from travels abroad, Clodagh has created a truly global collection with international roots. Spice markets, moorish tiles, eel baskets, sea urchins and desert shadows are just a few of many settings inspiring her designs.
She describes her patterns as organized chaos, not exact or perfect, but interesting and natural. She hopes to see her fabrics layered in upholstery…that people will embrace these textiles that literally feel good and make them ”feel good” too. Cheers to that!
